Our appartment is located in the downtown of the Ski-WM city Schladming, so you are centered but still in a quiet area. The trail "Wild water" was voted by the National Geographic as one of
the most romantic riverside trails.
The skyline of the mountains lets hiking- and mountain lovers hearts beat high.
The Ski-resorts 'Planai' and 'Hochwurzen' are in short walking distance, so just take a walk to your favourite slope! The mountain chain ' Schladminger Tauern' with their countless hiking- and bike trails are a absolute must!

The 70m² apartment with its own entrance has a living room/kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed per room, a bathroom with shower and WC.
You can leave your car at the parking spot at the apartment, cause in seven short walking minutes you arrive at the 'Planai' or the new 8-sit-gondola 'Planai-West'. The main square of Schladming is three walking minutes away from the apartment. There you are going to find many local shops and restaurants with traditional austrian cuisine. Located in a 100 m diameter from the apartment are a bakery, supermarket, tobacconist's, a health food store, pizzeria and many more restaurants.
